In order to improve and streamline our services, we now intend to move our customers to our secure GoCardless Direct Debit payment system. This is now our preferred method, it helps to keep our costs down and it now means you won’t have to do anything to pay for your window cleaning once we have been.

 

To setup on “Auto Pay” simply click on the blue 'GO CARDLESS' button below. The form takes less than 2 minutes to complete - literally!

 

• Payments are only collected after we have cleaned your windows – approximately 5 days after the clean.

• GOCARDLESS will inform you that funds will be leaving your account once we have requested payment.

• This is not a monthly Direct Debit.

• We do not share your personal details with any 3rd parties.

• We understand that things can happen and payments may fail. In these situations, we will automatically try to charge your card again and may apply a small 50p charge for the second attempt.

 

You and your rights are protected, as usual, by the Direct Debit Scheme.
